Setback to AAP or Indians? Solicitor General rules: Lokpal needs Centre OK

Is Delhi Government fraud?
Is Delhi Government fraud?
There is no shortage of drama in India, particularly before 2014 elections. Now raising a red flag over the move by Delhi’s AAP government’s to bypass the Centre on the Jan Lokpal Bill, Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran has said the Bill must be presented to the Lieutenant-Governor before it is tabled in the state Assembly.
Parasaran has said the Bill can “become law in the National Capital Territory only after it receives the President’s assent”, it is learnt. His opinion came in response to L-G Najeeb Jung’s request for counsel on two counts: whether presenting the Bill in the Assembly “without sending the legislative proposal to the Central government” —  as Arvind Kejriwal’s government has sought to do — violates the constitution; and whether the Delhi government has the power to legislate on matters concerning the Delhi Police and the Delhi Development Authority.
So the never ending drama in Delhi and India continues. Now there are two probable situations. First central government would not give its assent and Aam Aadmi Party government resigns from Delhi government which will help it to design totally a new election campaign in the country based on martyrdom, emotions and sacrifices. Second, central government approves the Delhi government’s Lokpal Bill and stuck up AAP here only. We all know what the answer is; Congress party would keep AAP's march till Delhi only and would not allow it to go aggressively at the national front by calling it again as a corrupt party. So it will pass the bill and stop Kejriwal from blackmailing Indian voters while putting gun on Congress’ shoulders at least till general elections.
Interestingly, Congress led Central Government is clear on its strategy from first day of the formation of Delhi government. Allow Kejriwal or his associates to criticize to Congress party or leaders but don't pull the support. On the other hand, BJP used Kejriwal's strategies of protesting, dharnas and rallies to pressurise the government on any minor issue. In some way, it looks like the AAP government has become sandwich between Congress and BJP's political strategies. The fault is not with Congress or BJP, they are playing their petty politics but with Kejriwal who is in so much hurry to enter in the national politics that he forgot Delhi people elected him to serve them and fulfill AAP's promises.
It looks like whatever promises Arvind Kejriwal has made through AAP's manifesto where on thin lines. He neither studied the impacts nor made disaster plans if they fail dejectedly. Water bill, electricity disaster, security to Delhi women and everything which he had promised (may be other than his core agenda of anti corruption crusade) failed miserably, yea though like a very good politician he always played blame game rather than finding out a different way to resolve them. Unfortunately, when you put greed with ideologies then that becomes fraud. Now Delhi government needs to seriously answer these questions. Is it fraud? Is it only formed to create Delhi as a platform to enter in Indian politics?
